Ht. 5'5, Wt. too much :( - Hey everyone! i'm new! i would like to lose about thirty pounds by the start of December. Is that possible? i play tennis for 1.5 hours a day and i also plan on eating a fruit for breakfast, a lean cuisine, frut, and a water for lunch, and small portions of whatever for dinner (i may also have sugar free jello for a snack or something) i have learned that you need to treat yourself so sometimes i may have one of those fat free 80 calorie chocolate ice cream bars or something. Could i lose thirty lbs in six months?

SCRATCH WHAT I JUST SAID ! it would actually be only 5 pounds a month you would have to lose , so you would only have to lost 1.25 pounds a week - which , with hard work , would be a very reasonable goal , so i think you DEFINITLY would be able to - with hard work ! - ♥ gabriella ♥

if you stick with what you are doing now, absolutly ! but, since august is pretty much over, there is actually only 3 months (all of september-1, all of october-2, all of november-3, since you said ''by the start of December'') it is really only 3 months - but still, if you worked really hard, all you would have to lose would be about 2.5 pounds a week and you could still achieve your goal of 30 pounds, but if you gave yourself until february, you would have to lose less per week and it would be a little easier - but whatever you decide to do - i wish you all the best of luck in reaching your goal !

ya that only 6 pounds a month or 1.5 pounds a week i know you can do that if you stick to it.
