Ht. 5'4", Wt. 182 - I weigh alot i need help big time. i want to lose weight. me & my friends used to go walking everyday during skool. and i didn't lose alot of weight only like 3pounds. well if u got any advise plz tell me.

Hey i can help you. I will give you some tips!
You should drink a ton of water force yourself to drink it at most meals. also eat really healthy. Eggs for breakfast, salad for lunch, and protien for dinner. No desert anymore. Also try to get into a sport that you are interested in, such as basketball or track. Those are great things to bring up your motabilisim which helps you loes weight. What i really like doing is Cartio Workouts that last about 30 minutes everyday, They make you feel great and lose weight! Hope this Helps.
