A serving of cooked meat is about the size of a hockey puck. I'm pretty sure the burger you are eating is bigger than that. We live in a society where the amount of food it takes to have a "full meal" has supersized. You really don't need a full cheeseburger. Start by just eating half of the cheeseburger, and if you are still hungry, make a salad, with a tiny bit of low fat dressing, grab an apple, or eat a carrot. You can just about always eat more vegetables. Be careful on the fruits, but they are still good. I would also suggest that you have a regular burger, and skip the cheese. That's just added calories, and if you use ketchup, or anything like that, go really easy on it. It may be slightly different taste, but is saving the extra 50 cals worth it? It's the small changes that are going to last and make a difference on your body
