Ht. 5'1, Wt. 140 (estimate) - I want to lose 6 inches off my stomache, 4 inches off my thighs and get the extra flab off my arms by October. How can I? Is it possible? Help:(. I know sometimes I'm giving advice but this time, I need advice! Help! Please reply!!!

go to a gym and do machines for your whole body and cardio and you'll look better all over. just be careful not to hurt yourself cus i almost tore a muscle from lifting too heavy of a weight.

hi. for your stomach do crunches and sit ups. not to many, or the fat will be replaced with muscle and it wont make a difference. for your thighs, squats, and butterfly strech. yes, butterfly strechs. and finnaly, your arms. circles. (meaning swing your arms in circles) push ups help as well
