Ht. 4'10, Wt. 114 - Today I ate a small bag of chips, cereal, and a glass of soda. Getting ready to walk dog and maybe play little bit of soccer... Then dinner. I just joined today ,I hope to weigh 90lbs soon....How long do u think it will take? I joined soccer and it will be starting soon.
Reply from missy, Age 13 - 08/29/06 - IP#: 68.38.211.xxx no more chips...no more soda....try vegetabless and fruits....once you start eating more of them, you get addicted trust me. i used to not really like veggies and fruits. now i do. and if you dont like running jog 15 minutes a day. do situps, pushups, crunches, squats, jumping jacks, DDR. they'll help. and drink TONS OF WATER. everything helps. if you stick to a good diet plan you could lose all your weight in like a month.

Reply from Mary, Age 12 - 08/28/06 - IP#: 69.59.220.xxx If you are serious about losing weight, then you'll need to do extra exercise on the side. 4-5 days a week is fine. Try new sports, too. Also, food is a major part of losing weight. You can read the tips I posted under Laura's message. Also, I think it takes about 6 weeks to really notice results if you are consistent. Be patient!
