Reply from Emily, Age 11 - 02/12/05 - IP#: 69.243.87.xxx i run, do 50 situps, cruches, and push ups every day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! also drink like 10 bottles of water every day!! eat small portions and only eat at meal times! no snacks!
Reply from Rachael, Age 14 - 02/09/05 - IP#: 207.231.96.xxx Instead of situps, do crunches. Situps will hurt your back. Crunches are when you only come up halfway instead of going all the way up. Don't let your middle back go off the floor, in other words. Well, if you lose the reccomended 1-2 pounds per week, then it would probably take you about 20-40 weeks. Slower is better.
