Ht. ..., Wt. 130 - hey guys. schools starting and im still heavy. i did not lose this summer or gain. anyone have some good lunch choices to BRING to school? and good exercises that tone your stomache and make your thighs smaller

Reply from Brittany, Age 11 - 08/31/06 - IP#: 63.231.230.xxx well first of all you could bring a sandwich of any type and any fruit of your choice and maybe a cheese stik if you have a bike try to ride it alot or even a walk out side if there are kids were you live that you know try to play things like tag with them i lost some weight doing that maybe you can too
