Ht. 4'7", Wt. 210 - hi, i'm laura and i'm really overweight i'm 4'7" and weigh 210 pounds...it's really hard for me to move because my belly is always is in the way, i get tired eaily and can not do much. please help me lose some weight. whenever i see my grandparents they always jiggle and rub my belly and tell me how fat i am.

start by cutting out all the junk in your diet. drink LOTS of water! i lost 4 pounds by cuting out soda alone. start taking short walks too, maybe around the block or up and down the street. Once you lose more, you'll be able to do more.

hi i know how you feel because im heavy too. its hard to exercise or even move around a lot when youre fat and youre 40 lbs more than me but same age and height. the stairs are torcher for me now if i got 40 lbs heavier i couldnt even get out of bed. its not fair its so hard to exercise when youre fat because we need exercise most of all. they say do pushups and running but they dont know its so hard!!

your grandparents probably don't understand that that hurts your feelings, because when they were your age, being a bit chubby was fashionable, that's all.

prove ur grand parents wrong... keep doing sit ups and walker.. start with easy stuff and soon u'll be able to do more!! just stick with it!!

I sometimes have the same problem. I hope this work for you. What I do is I do some exercise video's. Or I do situps and pushups and squats tlhey do help. Do them everyday and eventually you'll start losing weight. Plus eat salads and don't eat anything after at 8:00 p.m. It will help you also. No junk food or anything.
