Ht. 4f 11i, Wt. 145 - What's up? My name's Patisia and I live in the AK. I'm in middle school and everyday at the end of the week, we have to run in PE. We have to run a mile. The week before, I ran my mile in 13 min. and 43 sec. But when I ran today, I ran my mile in 10 min. and 53 sec. I don't know how I did it, but I am so proud of myself. Also, I've been changing my snacks to healthier ones like apples and bananas. I'm so happy and trying to keep up what I'm doing.
