i'm only 13 and i'm over weighted i need help

I want to tell you what Really works I have never been over weight but i would like to help you just like you asked if you follow these simple thing then you can loose the pounds I use to weigh 120 but now i weigh 114 because I used this simplpe Diet plan I am not trying to disscourage you but here is what you got to do Simply eat only 3 meals a day like breakfast, lunch, and dinner and if you get hungary in between then just eat some fruit! but dont eat junky foods I know they are adicting but they will make you gain even more though I love them 2 like everyone you can have them Only once in awhile but You gotta have self-control. But most important is that you get plenty of exercise too like start out with 50 sit ups crunches and ride ur bike or go on a walk with a friend or by ur self u will notice you will start loosing pouns if you just follow what i said....weight is important for health and well being so I know you can do it:) Good Luck:) :)
