Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. 168lbs - Food today: oatmeal w/ pear, almond milk and water/SNack: tyogurt whip, rice cakes/Lunch: turkey sandwhich/Snack: Weight Watcerhs smoothie, pack of nuts, raisins and prezels (combined mix)/Dinner: 2 chicken drumsticks, salad and/or some kinda extra veggie/Exercise: lifintg heavy candy bozes up and down stairs for 5 min, powerwalking for 10min. in the morning!
