Ht. 4 11, Wt. 134 - 1st day
breakfast: Black Coffee or Tea,1/2 c grapefruit, 1 slice of toast, 1tbsp of peanut butter
lunch: 1/2 c tuna, 1 slice of toast, coffee or tea
dinner: 2 slices any type of meat (about 3 ounces), 1 c string beans, 1 c beets, 1 small apple, 1 c vanilla ice cream
2nd day
breakfast: 1 egg, 1/2 banana, 1 slice toast, black coffee or tea
lunch: 1 c cottage cheese, 5 saltine crackers
dinner: 2 hot dogs, 1 c broccoli, 1/2 c carrots, 1/2 banana, 1/2 c of vanilla ice cream
3rd day
breakfast: 5 saltine crackers, 1 slice chedder cheese, 1 small apple, black coffee or tea
lunch: 1 hard-boiled egg, 1 slice toast
dinner:1 c tuna, 1 c beets, 1 c cauliflower, 1/2 cantaloupe, 1/2 c vanilla ice cream.
try these foods don't add anything to the diet thing even if u don't like the foods in it try it i think it works i've done for a day it's just that i can't stay comited so yeah u should lose 10 lb.
