Ht. 5'4, Wt. 164 - Here was my food for today Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs, Toast ( wheat ) Lowfat Milk Lunch: Nothing Really I hate School food Dinner: Grilled Chicken Fajita
( no salt or cheese or anything ) Mashed Potatoes ( limited salt and pepper ) Water

you did well probably more protein and you have to eat at all meals and its good to eat small things like 4-5 times a day

where do u live cuz it's only 1:59 where i live and i don't have dinner tell like 6pm do u live in a different country or something
