Food today: Breakfast: Amy's organic frozen spinach and feta pocket, 1 cup strawberries w/ fat free Reddi Whip/Lunch: 1 sliver of leftover peperoni pizza, 1 cup veggie soup/Dinner: 1 serving cornish hen, 1 pepper stuffed with cornbread dressing (homemeade, not that boxed crap), pumpkin, squah, Reece's pb cup. How'd i do?

all of the little sweats a day add up so does the pizza~it needs to be more strict~but who am i to speak~mines worse
