Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. 168lbs. - Food today: Brunch: 2 whole grain waffles w/ 2 tbsp. mayple syrup, banana, 2 slices Canadian bacon/Snack: Kashi pumpkin flax bar, 1 VERY smal chocolate chip cookie, like one of those mini storebought ones(I was touring a school and starving and all they had was junk)/Dinner: cornish hen, squash, pumpkni, bread, baked apple/Exercise: walking around a REALLY BIG campus and walking up and down abig hill to get there. How;d I do, minus that wretched cookie? ;0)
