Ht. 5'2, Wt. 120 - hey guys ive lost about 26 pounds but i gained some back i want to lose that and a little more but all i can do is stick to a diet for one or two days i excercise lots but cant seem to diet much.any advise?

Reply from missy, Age 12 - 10/16/06 - IP#: 24.171.158.xxx it is hard to stick to a diet. it is better to eat healthy as often as possible. i have losta lot of weight (21 pounds) and i found the best thing is to drink tons of water. it washes out your body and it make you feel full. the doctor is the one who told me to drink the water and i believe her. good luck.
