Ht. 4.8ft, Wt. 115 - what can i do to lose 30lb fast i do a lot of sports dance 4 days a week play hockey 3 times a week and soccer twice and i cant seem to lose weight only gain

EWW! your weight range is VERY healthy and you do sports, so you're going to STAY healthy! just keep eating right, and if you think you need to lose weight, i wouldnn't go farther then 110lb.

Reply from KK, Age 13 - 10/18/06 - IP#: 68.72.175.xxx Yeah...that's way to much to lose...you should lose about 15 pounds and your gaining muscle from working out all the time that's why your gaining weight, and another reason why you might be gaining weight is if you aren't eating a well balnced diet. Eat more fruit and less junk food. Believe me I know that it is toooo good but what can we do. It's just like a devil... Instead of eating McDonalds, try eating subway about once a month. It's good.
