Hi I am 200 pounds !!! I really really need help. I need to lose like 100 pounds ! I know it will take time but if anyone has any nfo for me about diet and exercise I could really use it. I am headed towards lots of disease like diabetes and heart problems. Help me someone ANYONE PLEASE !!!!!!!!!!!!

try to do sit-ups and don't drink any cokes for two weeks.my aunt lost 14.lbs in 2 weeks .And try to walk alot.

Get more active and into sports. You can also join a program that will help you watch your weight. If that isn't enough you could talk to your school nurse about it and see if she has any suggestions about it.
Thats what I did and I felt much better.

you can eat half of what ever you eat and only have three meals and two very small snacks
exercise:
take up boxing
do lots of sports

try going on a diet program -make a deal with ur self that u will only eat 3 fatty foods a month and on holidays like halloween eat a little bit of candy then everytime u want 2 eat more just think when i become skinny i will be able 2 eat it - im me at puppyprincess52

What kinds of foods do you tend to eat reguarly?Does your family eat out a lot?
