Hi i weigh 210 lbs and i am 6'( im tall for my age) and does anybody think that swimming could help me lose 100 lbs.
Reply from Sarah, Age 15 - 02/10/08 - IP#: 68.9.109.xxx you don't want to lose 100 lbs, thats way too much. if you really feel like you need to lose any weight, just try 15 lbs at a time until you're 100% confident and happy. ... you don't want to be too skinny. too skinny is unhealthy. I'm unhealthily skinny, i weigh 100 lbs at 5'9. you don't want to be like me. i constantly go to the hospital, i constantly pass out. it's crazy.
