actually lifting weights might be good for your arms but they cause a tendon on the opposite side of your appendix to gain defects and eventually you will have to have it surgically removed. push ups would be the best

lift wieghts! do arm circles! do pushups! strech ur arm muscles regularly like put ur arm accros ur cheast and hold it 4 40 secs!! GL
