Reply from Lindsey, Age 11 - 10/29/06 - IP#: 207.200.116.xxx Cardio is whatever gets you heart pumping faster and harder, such as the things she listed. I think you should try it because since you are overweight (but don't feel bad, so am I). Cardio helps you burn calories easily too.
