Switch some of your foods for a healthier version. For example bked chips instead of fried, sugar free candy instead of the regular stuff, and low-fat ice-cream insted of full-fat. When you are at a fast-food place go for a salad, but make sure the dressing is light, and you don't use too much. When you're at a restraunt, get light soup and salad, and try to pass up the bread before you eat. Ask your parents if you can eat at home more often. Also, ask if you can get some healthier food choices, such as fruit and Lean Cuisine or Healthy Choice dinners. Be sure to excersize about thirty minutes everyday. I hope you do well- and don't push yourself to hard. If you fall, get right back up again. Good luck!
