this is what i do when my cuz sammy tells me im fat and far from being skinnny.if any of your cuz friends or fam tell you your fat .if any of them are fat tell them this have u looked in the mior lately.

Look in the mirror and say, "Now do I REALLY want to ruin my progress by bingeing?" And wear tighter clothes when you eat so you arent tempted to make the clothes tighter...
