Reply from breana, Age 12 - 11/10/06 - IP#: 24.171.158.xxx ok if u want 2 talk and get some advice you have come 2 the right place!! all u need 2 do is start 2 excersize like jog or do jumproping. and for a diet u can eat fruit for breakfast. chicken and salad or 100 calorie pack and water. for dinner have a salad or soup and more water!!!!!!!!! every hour drink a glass or bottle of water.
