Ht. 5'2", Wt. 174 - omg you guys! i have been with blubberbusters 4 like 2 weeks and i have gained a whole 7 pounds. i dont see why i am gaining so much? my diet this yesturday and close to my usual is, oj and waffels(breakfast), turkey sandwich and chips and water (lunch),pizza rolls and a mountain dew (snack), some pot roast and mashed potatos and gravey and green beans and a roll(dinner), i usualy only have about 7cookies for (desert).and as i said b4 i dont know why i am gaining so much, i think my diet is ok?

okay, not to sound rude, but are you kidding me? Is this is a joke? Thats no normal diet, stop the snacking!

try small portions!

well first of all.... u need 2 try 2 cut downyour portions! like 7 cookies! try cutting that domw 2 1! its challening but it will work! trust me!

NO NO NO! Eat one waffle if you are gonna have something with it and stay away from syrup. Pizza rolls are really unhealthy and so is soda, especially full sugar soda. Mashed potatoes are really carby. Try cutting back on portions and eat more low-calorie foods and workout. You really need to realize what is healthy and what is not if you want to lose weight.

Idk, sorry if you weren't.. it justs seems a little obvious that your eating bad for you foods. but sorry I was mean to assume that so now I'll help you: the soda is really really bad. drink water, because its just empty calories that really won't satisify your hunger and theres tons of sugar. pizza rolls have a lot of fat and calories to. for snack, you should be eating fruits and vegetables or something like a 100 calorie pack, whole grain crackers, etc. Also 7 cookies is a bit much for dessert. Its ok to have something every night, but make sure it doesn't make you go over the calories you should be having during the day (probably about 1500). I like smart ones desserts, weight watchers cakes, Low fat ice cream bars like weight watchers, skinny cow, etc. Good luck

um not really... you need more water and less cookies.for breakfast have fruit and one waffle instead of multiple waffels. cut out the soda andhave more protein and excersize way more!!!!!!!!!!!
