Ht. 5'6", Wt. 185 - hey! i haven't been on in a long time. i just started a new diet 2 day! and im pretty sure im doing fine? :0 Breakfast:i cearal bar Lunch:a ham a mustard sandwich, wheat thins (but 40% less than the regular one though), and an apple! Dinner: 1/4 of a chicken sandwich on wheat bread and waffle fries!(but i shared them with my sister) so how'd i do?

prettty good!make sure the cereal bar is good for you and not loaded with tons of sugar.
Special K bars are only 90 calories and very fillling!

pretty well... pretty well. but drink alot more water that alone helps 2 clean out your body and give you more energy. once u get in the habbit iit will be natural like in a resturant when they ask for your drink u will automatically say water its a really good habit and it makes u feel really good!!
