Ht. 5'5", Wt. 160 - Hey everyone! Can you please give me some really good tips on diet? I want to lose weight slowly, so if you put a suggestion, don't make it too hard please. I want to lose about 20 pounds for sixth grade graduation so I can get a pretty outfit in a size like, 9 or 11. Thank you so so much! Love

water helps, and sometimes when I want to eat, I'll fet somthing small, or chewy like gum, and just chew on that to keep me from eatingg

things that help: fill half your plate up with veggies. drink water before, during and after your meals. dance around in your room for hours. trust me this all helps. do this for a couple of weeks then get back.

I dont know what you eat like right now, but stop drinking soda and cut out most of your junk food. Or you could start doing some sort of extra exercise, like taking a walk a couple times a week. As long as your not gaining weight doing something like this should make you start to loose weight slowly. Good luck :)
