Ht. 4'10", Wt. 326 - OMG I just found out that I will dies this yuear if i dont lose weight.Please Help, I have no friends, sometimes I feel like even my cat hates me and thinks im disgusting!!HELPPPPPP!!

And for losing weight, try eating one less snack a day for a week to start. Then the next week start taking a 15-30 min. walk.

OMG! ok first start a diet, but start off slow! like cut down on foods like less portions, and lots of water! and then in maybe in like the second week try adding some phisical activity! like a walk in the nieghborhood, or try the gym! it will help! and try the best that you can and dont give up or put yourself down! Reply from mary, Age 14 - 11/16/06 - IP#: 70.171.238.xxx Hang in there! You arent alone in your weight loss efforts. To loose weight eat good and exercise. Eat fruits, veggies, and drink WATER. Exercise is important, especially if you arent very active. Start taking walks, and i like to do crunches, push ups, and jumping jacks in my room. They dont require any equipment and i can do them in front of the TV :) I hope this helps. Choose acheivable goals and stay postitive. Good luck!
