Ht. 5'5", Wt. 178 - There's this group of older girls in my Gym class (I'm in 7th grade) who really make me mad. They're all going around in the locker room like, "I am SO FAT!" I bet they all weigh AT THE MOST 70 pounds. They're all as skinny as a stick, and they think that being overweight is just some big joke. They all laugh whenever they say they're fat. One of them keeps going around saying, "Remember, we're all going to Fat Camp this summer!" Then they all burst out laughing. It's all a big joke to them and a stupid, hurtful way to get attention. They embarrass me, and anyone else who is fat. They don't understand what we have to go through! They don't understand eating right, excersizing, crying everytime you look at the scale... THEY THINK IT'S ALL HILARIOUS. I don't.

Its the most you can do, no one can magically become skinny, and around seventh grade,6th, I was 124, now Im 110 and 5'2, it was some work, but much of it was puberty! Its a good weight loss thing at times. gooodluck, and don't let those girls bother you.

Well, we are not. We are even in a sense cooler then them since we respect each other's feelings. If you can, get some other overweight people to go stand up to them. And if you must make them feel guilty and disgusting. Sorry you have to go through this!
