Ht. 5'4", Wt. 213 - Hi. I'm new here, but not new to being overweight. Anyone got any suggestions about exercises to do other then the ones that a person does every day in P.E. that work? Other then running I mean. Thanks!
Reply from hey, Age 15 - 11/23/06 - IP#: 24.218.136.xxx I agreee, try some situps! yes, there painful, but quick! you can easily do a nice little ab workout in under 3 minutes, it will be quite a hard 3 minutes, but in the end, 150 crunches a day will definetly help!
Reply from mary, Age 14 - 11/19/06 - IP#: 70.171.238.xxx I do a lot of cruches and pushups (mostly cuz i can do them in front of the tv lol). Also, do stretches, like touching ur toes ten times. Squats and jumping jacks are also good. I do all of these things cuz i hate going outside when its hot (sun gives me a headache) and these are all things i can do inside, and reqiure no equipment. They are good exercises and help alot. Good luck:)

Or, me and my friends like to take walks up to a duck pond close to our house to feed the ducks. Just an idea :)
