Ht. 5'5", Wt. 160 - My foods today.... (I know... not too good but,) Breakfast:Two packs oatmeal, about 300 calories, Lunch: an apple, some veggies and dip, and a lot of chips and salsa, I have no idea, probaly 500 Dinner: Ribs, beans, potato salad, and deviled eggs, I have no idea.... probably 800 cals. Dessert: Home made Pumpkin cake with whipped cream, about 300 calories. Drinks: I reg. coke, half of a sprite, and a few drinks of water, about 150 calories. (I didn't see water before I got coke, then I wanted a water, so I had a few sips of my lil' bros since there were not any left, and I had a sprite because I was still thirsty) Workout: Two walks around the block with my brothers and cousins. I was at my Nana's house and visiting sothat is why there was so much food. So I had about 2050 calories plus I took a few short walks. I will just have to do better tomorrow!

good try!! at least you got some good excersize! and u know u did not to well so next time you can change a little bit of it!! plus its good to have a cheat day!! hee hee!! mines thanksgiving!!

That's not bad at all. You should be eating approximatly 1800-2000 calories a day, so that was not bad =)
