Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Food was not excelent today...but my breakfast had to be fast cause I was running late and I didn't knwo what I was gonna have for dinner. Breakfast: chsses toast on whole wheat bread/SNack: South Beahc Diet Wheat Thins/Lunch: 6 lowfat pipergo with a little bit of mushroom gravy/Dinner: 1/2 my HUGE serving of light cheese lasangna, some salad, and strng beans, pear and skim milk. My NSV (non-scale victory) for today is realzizing that simple things count, like not having extra servings. At lunch, I was tempted to get more gravy, then I though t myself, one tablespoon less at a time, and didn't do it. PLease ive me some engouraging words, I already have a game plan for Thanksgiving so I'm happy! I will only eat 1 serving of turkey and veggies, and I won't even bother with the pumpkin pie or cheesecake, I'll go striaght for a small slice of cahery and/or light apple pie. I won't drink soda, and I'll socialize mroe tha anything. I have the willl power to polietly refuse food, and that will help me get off my weight pleatu/small weight gain that has come upon me over the holidays. By New Years I'd really LIKE TO LOOSE LBS!

Reply from Lindsey, Age 11 - 11/22/06 - IP#: 24.171.158.xxx Try to stay away from toast, no matter how good it may taste and smell... so luscious! And gravy is deadly and so is pretty much all Italian food, hate to break it to ya honey.
