Hi guyz! Ok heres the deal... I wanna play football next fall but im 30 lbs. over the weight limit. Does anyone know good exercises to help me slim down for football season? Im 4'7" 150 and a female. Please reply as soon as you can... THANX!!!!!!!!! ~Leigh~

I think it is cool that you want to play football! You would get all the excersice you need playing football any way. When your wating for football season excersise the most you can, and eat less if you eat to much, and if you dont eat the same.

cari that is the most stupidest thing i have ever heard no wonder ur fat because ur sexist u think that some sports are made for guys which is not true a girl can do them just as good as a guy its just that most americans are sexist that is why there isnt a major league football team or anything else like that so get over ur self and dont squash peoples dreams just because u cant do it ur self!

you can swim or do trampoline
or you could do all.
