hi. Im not telling youhow much i weigh but i know im overweight. I get out of air when i run (soccer) i eat alot. If u have any ideas how 2 lose weight please. e-mail me or post, Cutiestar23@aol.com
Reply from Rachael, Age 13 - 10/27/03 - IP#: 207.231.96.xxx Well don't eat junk food. Eat 3 meals a day and for a snack have fruit. Exersise as much as you can handle, maybe 20-30 minutes a day. And eat healthy foods. For a treat, if you had a good week and you exercised at least 4-5 days a week and ate pretty healthily, you can have a cookie or something. Not too much, though. Whenever you feel like you want to eat junk food or just eat out of boredom, do something else--call a friend, play outside, read, draw, turn on your radio and dance to the music and sing along with it, ANYTHING at all to get your mind off food. You go girl!
