Ht. 5'4", Wt. 235 - hey guy's happy thanksging! i have to sya i did pretty good today i did not eat tht much at all because i had a stomach ache all day because im lactos. and i drank some egg nog and i got sick :( so if u have any commets on how i could loose some weight PLEASE PLEASE relpy!

well thats good that u tried your best! but everyone one knows 2 diet, but try different methods. and witch ever 1 works the best..... stick with that!:)
