Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Food so far: Breakfast: lowfat highfiber waffle w.peanut butter, lowfat hot cocoa (the new kind with antioxidents) made with skim milk/Snack: whole grain bar thinng/Lunch: lowfat meatball sandwhich, lowfat pudding/Snack: apple, Amy's Organic spinach pizza pocket/Dinner: light 3 cheese lasanga (homemade), salad, string beans. I'll try to get in some more calcium/fruit if possible. I didin't really do any exercises becuase I had to get a CT scan and was in the docotr's for 2 hours. :0)
