Ht. 5'5", Wt. 178 - I am gettin really upset. All of a sudden (I think) I've noticed my potbelly has gotten like huge! And, when I'm sitting and I look down, my thighs are way wider than I remember them being! I never realized how fast this could happen! I can only imagine what the people at school are thinking. HELP ME! I NEED EXCERSIZE AND EATING TIPS!!!

I am right with ya! I have been gaining weight lately and it is coming on so fast I haven't even realized it! I am gonna cut out dessert this next week.
