Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Food today: Breakfsat lowfat cheese toast, strawberries/Lunch: 3 leftover lowfat piergi ( made iwht olive oil, not butter), string beans/Snack: appple and 25%less sugar yogurt/DInner; a little bit of pork roast, suarkraut, cool-whip Jello mold, skim milk. Hopefully there will be sallad at dinner. I was doing an interview all afternoon so I couldn t work out or anything! Ahhh!

You need to make sure you are excersizing, no matter what. Like, tonight go on a short walk or something. It is better than nothing.
