Ht. 5'0", Wt. 599 - the numbers dont go up hi enouhg i really weigh about 615.. dont make fun of me. my belly hangs over about a foot and a half from my pant line and i am starting to form brests.. im so fat i cant stnad myself. kids at school poke my stomach because im so fat and i can barley fit into my desk! please help me! my brother nathan is so skinnny!! im jelous.. :(

ok you should do all thta but do it slowly make small adjustments but in the end you will be as skinny as your bro!!

what u shud do is run a block every day and stop driking soda foreva untill u loss like 500 pounds then u can drink one soda like mabye once every 2 months and u shud also start drinking bottle water or tap and cut what u eat in half

First of all, no one here will make fun of you because we all have the same problem, though some of us have it worse than others. These are some tips that help me: If you have the choice, choose bacon over sausage. If you eat dessert, buy light ice-cream (like Dreyer's Double Churned) or skip it altogether. Pick Diet Soda instead of regular if you are dying for soda. (But only have one a day!!!!) Get a pedometer to wear every single day, and record your stats. Try to aim for 5000 steps a day, at least. Then set an overall weight goal, like lose ________ pounds by ______. Lastly set some smaller goals like lose 1 pound a week. Be sure to cut out some other things like chips and stuff and you will achieve your goals!!!

ok to start off cut down on soda like stop drinking it 4 3 days and just start to do it all the time and instead of having sweets have fruit or a 100 calorie pack that alone will make a difference
