Ht. 5'2", Wt. 124 - how have i done so far?? breakfast:glass of fat free milk, i packet of sugar free oatmeal. snack: protein bar 100 cal. lunch:15 carrots,15 pretzels, and half of a pb and j sandwich. i dont know what i will have 4 dinner but i did alot of running some in pe but at brunch and lunch i was runnin with my budds and my friend roxie is in the final 5 for our dace princess!!

Bre, you just need muscle! You do not need to try too hard to lose weight, just be sure not to gain any. Just do stengthening workouts so you'll be tighter. (Like Lauren, she is sooooo lucky!) You know you are prettifull 2 me homie g dog skillet biscuit fry french man!!

well then, u dont need 2 lose weight u just need 2 tone up!:) try doing push ups on the ground and a chair. go 2 a neighborhood playground and on the monkey bars try practicing pull ups. or just pull pull yourself up and hold it there. and for your stomach, try crunches and leg lifts. its challenging, but you'll b glad u did it at the end!:)

im not to overweight but im all flab. but i just waant 2 change my habbits and i dont want to be all flab 4 the end of school when i go 2 raging waters!! so i do need help.
