Ht. 4'7", Wt. 144 - i really need to lose fat off my thighs and stomach and butt any ideas of excercize (please include how much) and dieting tips?

im overweight cuz i dont excerisize that much and i used to eat a ton of fatty foods like chips and stuff so ya

You really can't spot reduce with losing weight, but you can do some toning excersizes. For thighs do 20 lunges PER LEG and 20 squats. Then do leg lifts for your butt (about 30 per leg). For your abs do full sit-ups 20 times, then do 20 bicycles if you know how to. Good luck!

u could do crunches for the stomach and if u read cosmo girl in this months issue it has really good excersise u could do like every month they put new excersis in there
