Ht. 5'0", Wt. 114 - OMG! I LOST 10 POUNDS! i just checked, and checked every couple days to make sure, and i lost 10 pounds. I hadnt weighed myself in over a month, so i guess it is possible, but im so happy! Im not overweight anymore! And i know i havent been on much lately, but i'll try to come on as often as i can. -gabby :) p.s. , im sorry if this is offensive, but i put my weight down as 114, not 107 what it is, because i wanted to tell everyone my success, but it wouldnt let me when i put in 107, im not trying to be offensive, i just wanted to let everyone know, and to the BlubberBuster monitors, please do not delete this post, i was not trying to be offensive, i promise:)

Reply from Gabriella, Age 12 - 12/10/06 - IP#: 198.165.202.xxx i'll post this as a message too , just here also. well, to those who asked , the way i lost it was mainly from watching what i eat, but allowing myself little treats in moderation frequently, and synchro. i joined last year and it is the best form of exercise i have ever had, next to soccer. (and by synchro, by the way, i mean synchronised swimming, not synchro skating or anything). i didnt lose alot last year from it because i was pre-competitive, but this year i passed star testing and became competitive, and i have it 12 hours a week, starting off with a warmup of 60 laps, and before that we stretch and everything - minutes and minutes of splits, hehe . and its such an amazing sport . before i joined i thought it was kinda weird, with the caps , and i thought it was just like a flopping around in the water kind of thing , but if anyone here thinks that ,, they are REALLY, REALLY WRONG! its an amazing sport ! thats really all i did, and am now 4.5 lbs away from my goal !!! :) . my synchro club has a 6-week program, so if you have a synchro club in your town and it offers programs like that - check it out! its a great sport !
