Ht. 5'5", Wt. 160 - It is 4:05 where I live right now. Here is what I have eaten so far... Breakfast: Maple and Brown Sugar Oatmeal, made with milk. About 230 calories. Lunch: Diet Coke, Panini Lean Cuisine, and piece of pumpkin bread. About 500 calories. I don't know exactly what I will eat for dinner but I am going to Baja Fresh so I will probably have tortilla soup and a side salad with salsa as dressing and a Diet Coke. I do not think I will be doing any real excersize, but I have walked 2,550 steps so far today which burned 60 calories. ADVICE PLEASE!
