hi i weigh 200 pounds and is only 5'4 tall every one at my school are verry thin if u have any tips i need them PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The only person that can help you is yourself, though i can give you some tips:
1. Try going on a 1300 calorie diet, it really helps
2. also if you feel hungry do something to occupy yourself, usually some sort of exercise is good, it makes you less hungry!!
3. If you want a sweet snack, try island milk, here is how you make it:
ingredients- 2 cups crushed ice
1 cup of milk
1 cup of orange juice
2 packets fake suger (not real sugar!)
blender
put everything in the blender and blend or frappe untill frothy, after that eat it with a spoon or sipp it and it should taste like a fluffy creamsicle icecream
4. Soup is a good entre it fills you up
