Hey one thing i know works is drinking 6 bottles of water a day.I did that yeaterday w/ moderate exercise and lost 1 lb. Also i read that eventually your abs will stop responding if you do the same workout 4 them all the time, and that you shouldn't workout your abs everyday because they need time to repair and rebuild because that's how u can see a difference.
