As in physical activities? Okay well I alternate from time to time, but some of my favorite activities (which I try to do at least 3 time a week or more) are: yoga, Pilates, my "Belly, Butt, and Thighs" workout DVD from Prevention.com (fitness magazine website)with instructor Chris Freytag (a girl), my "Weight Watchers Get In Shape!" workout DVD, and I go to my local dance academy like once a week when I can for a 45-min. beginners salsa drop-in class. Also, things like taking the stairs, walking, and taking a few minute jog when you have a few minutes make a lot of difference. If you're in the car try to do some weight lifts with filled water bottles or leg exercises, etc. I'm at the point where I eat healthy foods but I'm stuck no a pleatu so I'm trying to exercise and tone my body. :0) Good luck Jazmine. I also recommend the Diet For Teenagers Only, it's been the major secret to my success.
