Hi, first of all i would like to say that i really like giving people advice about diets, but now i need advice myself. I weigh 170and I am 5'11", i am sick and i have been eating more than my share of icecream lately, also can anyone tell me a good exercise that you can do in the morning?

Reply from just me, Age 12 - 02/16/05 - IP#: 205.188.116.xxx well, to help you, i would say it is a good idea (if u can get up early) to either jumprope or run in the morining (running not so much) but jumproping REALLY works well it has for me and if u keep up with it doing it right before school, u may see results...keep me posted
