Ht. 4'5", Wt. 167 - Thanks all! You inspire me! Well today I walked all around town with my aunt all day shopping and stuff and for lunch we went to Cosi I had a chicken pesto melt and veggie soup and a water, then for dinner I had a bowl of calamari stew (a delicious Italian favorite, no matter how weird it sounds!) But today I got my period I was ravenous and felt like crap later on so then I had 2 pieces of homemade eggplant parm (it wasn't breaded and baked not fried, so idk and the cheese was part skim), then I had 2 chocolate-covered gram crackers. Boo! But I resisted the 3 butter cookies we had left. I just feel so much better knowing that the extra water-weight was from my period! :0)

Not too bad! I mean, instead of thinking of how much more you ate, think of what temptations you resisted like the cookies. I love that you have such a positive outlook on dieting. It is infectious! Thank YOU for everything!
