Ht. 5'6", Wt. 153 - i cant take it!!!!!!!!!! i want to be skinny i want to be pretty this web isn helping me so i think im just gonna just start starving myself again i dont care what happens im gonna eat 1 thing find out the calories then loose them on my moms tredmill!!!

My family was overweight but we went on eatting small porsions and lot of water if u get hungry...eat only if u get hungry. Exercise and find something better to do if ur bored and want to eat...My family lost a lot of weight it just takes time. My stepsister also died from staring herself she weight 85 lbs at age 20 that is not good at all, so she got down to 65 and was in the hospital, she kept thoughing up and when she did she lost more weight so she was really sick then she went in a comma and died a week later. Its horrible don't let that happen to u. Ur parent would be so upset my dad and step mom were so upset to see her died because of her weight when she just had to go on diet, but it takes time. see if any of my tips help. Good luck!!!! u can do it!!! don't give up!!!

If you are serious- both of you- than you are signing yoursekf up for death a lot quicker than obesity would. If you do it really, your stupid because you know the consequences. Reply from Amy, Age 10 - 01/01/07 - IP#: 64.12.116.xxx I did the same ting and girl it realy works i ate to 3 meals1 ond monday 1 on wednsday and one friday andSunday, tuesday, thursday and friday eat 3 rice cristpy treats and dring lots of water work out and you shoul lose about 20 to 40 ponds in 12 weeks (3 months) but every other week take a break and eat some food so that next week you won't so misrable

Reply from breana, Age 12 - 01/01/07 - IP#: 68.183.38.xxx all rite dont be dumb if u plan out a diet and excersize plan it will work.. if you eat one meal a day it is more unhealthy than eatin 3 or 4 the fat will hold on to the fat sugar and all unhealthy stuff and u can get headaches and possibly pass out. also u will be lass energenic and not have enough energy 2 workout and lose weight. so do it the rite way not the dumb way. it is better to slowly lose weight healthly than lose weight fast in a very unhealthy way.think bout it... u will thank me someday
