Ht. 4'11", Wt. 140 - wat are some good ideas for wat to eat during lunch?

1/2 a sandwich 1/2 a banna and about 20 goldfish crakers and a bottle of water that is what i had yesterday and it filled me up, it takes me a long time to fill up my belly but this lunch made me stuffed for a while

Have one fruit, a salad, soup, or 1/2 of a sandwich, water, and maybe a 100 calorie pack. Oh, and a good tip- eat celery. It burns more calories to eat it than you consume but you still get filled up. Good luck!

[half of a turkey sandwich; celery; jello; water] Thats about what I normally have. But you can switch it around. Like sometimes I'll have strawberries. Then sometimes I'll have a peanut butter sandwich, and sometimes I have applesauce. Just switch it up, but stay smart about what you put it in. You need to fill your self up, so you dont pig out when you come home. The reason you should have celery, is it has fiber in it, which helps fill you up. Also, eat slower that way you know when you are full, and your food can digest. When you eat too fast, the food cant digest, therefore it just sits in your stomach, becoming fat.
